- Increase engagement using interactive content (videos, quizzes)
- Enable data-driven learning through tracking and analytics for personalization
Key results / outcomes
- Achieved 70% weekly active user (WAU) rate among registered students
- Pilot courses showed a 15% average increase in assessment scores vs. traditional methods
- Maintained 99% mobile app uptime with seamless core feature performance for 95% of users
Our approach & process
How we understood the challenge, designed the solution, then tested and refined it.
1
Discovery & planning
We defined the core LMS journeys needed for real adoption: content delivery, quiz interaction, and measurable progress tracking. Planning focused on a mobile-first approach to ensure accessibility across different devices and locations in Jordan, while setting clear performance goals for streaming reliability, quiz submission stability, and usage engagement. We also established the analytics requirements to enable actionable insights for both teachers and students.
2
Design & development
The system was designed to be simple to navigate for students and practical for teachers to manage course content. Development prioritized seamless multimedia learning (especially video streaming), interactive assessments, and a structured course experience that supports different learning styles. Strong emphasis was placed on building an integrated progress tracking layer that powers analytics and helps personalize learning paths.
3
Testing & optimization
Testing focused on real usage scenarios: video playback consistency across network conditions, quiz submission accuracy, and stability under peak activity. Optimization targeted high availability and smooth performance for core learning actions to keep engagement high. Reliability improvements ensured that the platform remains usable for the vast majority of learners, even with varying device capabilities and internet quality.
