Cancellation Policy

Introduction

This Cancellation Policy explains how ongoing projects, subscriptions, and service agreements with TruTed may be cancelled by either party. It works alongside our Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.

Cancellation by the Client

Clients may cancel an active project or service agreement at any time, subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our team, including the project or invoice reference
  • Any work already completed or in progress up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed rate
  • Costs already paid to third parties on the client's behalf (e.g., domains, hosting, licenses) are non-refundable

Cancellation by TruTed

TruTed may cancel or suspend a project or service agreement if payment is not received as agreed, if the client fails to provide necessary information or approvals for an extended period, or in cases of a breach of our Terms & Conditions. In such cases, the client will be notified in writing and billed only for work completed to date.

How to Cancel

To cancel a project or service, contact our team in writing with your project or invoice reference and the effective date you wish the cancellation to take place. We will confirm receipt and provide a final summary of completed work and any applicable charges within 5 business days.

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation, TruTed will stop all further work on the project. Any deliverables, source files, or access credentials for completed and paid work will be handed over to the client. Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
