Project Overview

LoyaliTech is a loyalty and rewards platform built for cafes, restaurants, and customers. The platform allows users to earn points, redeem rewards, discover participating venues, and access loyalty cards in one digital app experience. The website presents LoyaliTech as a simple way to make every visit more rewarding, with support for iOS, Android, and Apple Wallet. The project included both the landing website and the app itself. The landing website was created to explain the product, promote app downloads, highlight benefits for customers and businesses, and communicate the value of digital loyalty in a simple and modern way. How we built the experience

Discovery & Planning

We studied LoyaliTech’s product idea, customer journey, business model, loyalty mechanics, participating venue needs, and app experience requirements. Design & Development

We designed and developed a modern landing website and mobile app experience for LoyaliTech. The website focuses on product explanation, app promotion, feature highlights, and download calls to action, while the app focuses on points collection, reward redemption, loyalty card access, venue discovery, and a smooth user experience. Development focused on responsive web layouts, mobile-first app screens, clear navigation, scalable components, and reliable loyalty functionality.

Testing & Optimization

We tested the landing website and app across different devices to ensure responsive layouts, smooth navigation, clear app promotion, reliable user flows, and consistent visual presentation.
