Discovery & Planning

We analyzed the market gaps driving fragmentation: low trust, limited verification, scattered listings, and weak lead qualification for professionals. Planning focused on defining trust-building mechanics (verification flows, property check requests), marketplace core loops (search → save → contact → viewing/deal), and professional needs (project marketing, lead management). Success metrics were aligned with marketplace activation, feature adoption, and engagement with high-value actions.

The platform experience was designed to make property discovery fast and confidence-driven, with clear listing structure and trust signals. Development prioritized marketplace foundations—listing browsing, search and filtering, saving and engagement actions—alongside professional enablement features that support marketing projects and managing inbound interest. Due diligence capabilities (property check requests) and analytics views were incorporated to move the market toward more transparent decision-making and higher-quality leads.
